SHIPPING & DELIVERY offers FREE shipping to the United States. That’s right, FREE shipping to all of the United States! At this time WebJess does not ship to countries outside of the United States.

The processing time for orders is 2-7 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 5-8 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

In the event that the customer enters a wrong address or a shipment is unclaimed; customer is liable for any reshipment costs.

REFUND POLICY does not accept returns; however, is committed to customer satisfaction. If a product received was not as described or was received damage/defective, a return will be accepted for refund by For all returns please email within 7 days of receiving your order to request your return authorization number (RA). Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/ exchange, plus any photos if necessary.

Unused items in original condition (with tags) may be returned upon presentation of your original receipt within 7 days after receiving your order. Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a RA number. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
