They give out freebie downloads for themes, design templates (for Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, InDesign, etc.), Audio, plug-ins, and whatever else they choose.

The best way I know how to receive the Envatomarket free premium files monthly is by signing up for their newsletter. They send out freebie links straight to your inbox regularly every single month. Go here to Envatomarket’s homepage, scroll all the way to the bottom, enter your email, and hit subscribe, it’s way too easy. You may also be able to find links in their blog section (I visit this often) that will direct you to free files as well. You would just have to be a frequent visitor to catch these links.
